  • Point Sparring

  • First Timer

  • Self-Defense

  • Showmanship (Musical Forms, Creative, XMA Forms and Weapons)

  • Group Demo (3 or more, limit 5)

  • Semi Contact Sparring (i.e., Muay Thai, Kickboxing)
